What's Included: 1: (4) 45-Minute Bereavement Sessions: Grieve and heal with (4) 45-minute sessions each month, focusing on coping with loss, processing emotions, and finding solace. 2. Mobile Bereavement Support: Access compassionate chaplaincy support from the comfort of your own space. 3. Personalized Grief Coaching: Receive one-on-one support tailored to your unique grief journey. 4. Memorial and Ritual Guidance: Explore meaningful ways to honor and remember your loved one with personalized memorial ideas and rituals. 5. Coping Strategies: Learn effective coping strategies to manage grief, anxiety, and stress. 6. Spiritual Guidance: If desired, find solace through spiritual and faith-based guidance. 7. Flexible Scheduling: Schedule sessions at your convenience to receive continuous support. Cancellation Policy
At Connecting Humans Mobile Chaplaincy (CHMC), we understand that life can be unpredictable. We aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the availability of our chaplains for those in need of support. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: 1. Cancellation Notice: -Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive option to reschedule. 2.Rescheduling: -You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty. 3. No-Show Policy: -If you do not attend your session and fail to notify us within the rescheduling or cancellation window, the session will be considered a no-show, and no rescheduling would be permitted. 4. Exceptions: -We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as a family emergency or medical issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work to accommodate your needs where possible. By booking with CHMC, you agree to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy. Our goal is to ensure that all client have access to compassionate care when they need it most, and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
